Draft for legal review — last updated July 2026

This document is a pre-launch draft. It describes how GLOW is actually built and operated, but it has not yet been finalised by counsel. It will be replaced before public launch.

The agreement

These terms govern your family's use of GLOW. The account holder must be an adult (18+) and the parent or legal guardian of any child profiles they create.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials and your children's invite codes within your household.
  • Only create child profiles for children you are the parent or legal guardian of.
  • Use GLOW as a learning tool — not to generate harmful content or probe its safety systems (we log those attempts).

Our responsibilities

  • Operate the safety systems described on our Safety page.
  • Surface every flag and every transcript to you, unedited.
  • Give you working export and deletion at all times.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. Prices and inclusions are listed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

The AI is a tutor, not an oracle

GLOW's tutor can be wrong. Mastery scores are evidence-based estimates, not certifications. GLOW supplements school; it does not replace professional educational or medical advice.

Liability, termination, changes

Standard limitation-of-liability, termination-for-abuse, and change-notification clauses will be finalised by counsel before launch and material changes will trigger re-consent in the parent console.
